How to Book

1. Call us on +44(0)113 368 2984 or email us at booking@open-ed.co.uk. We will make sure that there are still places available on the course you require.
2. Download and print the booking form, fill in the necessary details and post it to us with full payment or deposit (non-refundable) to: Osteopathic Professional Education North Ltd, 54 Church Lane, Leeds, LS15 8BD. With cheques made payable to: Osteopathic Professional Education North Ltd.
3. We will acknowledge receipt of payment by email.

4. Download and print the information for delegates and campus map and directions. Please allow plenty of time to find us on the day, as the one-way system round the centre of Leeds is unforgiving to the newcomer.
5. The balance for the course is payable on the day by cash or cheque.

Booking Terms

All candidates that sign up for these courses agree to adhere to the terms below. The nature of these terms can only be changed by the Director of Studies in writing, to the candidates.

Payment:

• Receipt of a deposit will secure a place on a given course. The amount of the deposit will vary for each course. This deposit is non-refundable. Payments can be made by cheque (payable to Osteopathic Professional Education North Ltd) sent to: Osteopathic Professional Education North Ltd, 54 Church Lane, Leeds, LS15 8BD.
• The balance for the course is payable on the day (by cash or cheque).

Cancellations by O.P.E.N. Ltd:

• Courses are run subject to minimum numbers of registered delegates, and in the unlikely event of a cancellation the candidate will be offered an alternative date or total refund

Certification:

• Certificates of attendance will be provided to all those that complete the course and who have paid the fees in full.
