Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any specific questions regarding our courses please contact us directly.

Are these courses suitable for me?

These courses are designed as post-graduate C.P.D. for qualified Physiotherapists, Manual therapists, Chiropractors, Sports therapists and Osteopaths. As the actual requirements for each course may vary, contact us for the details of specific courses.

I am not an Osteopath, will these courses be validated by my regulatory body?

All O.P.E.N. courses supply proof of attendance for study which can be claimed as C.P.D. 'study with others' under the General Osteopathic Council Guidelines. The validation of these courses with other regulatory bodies should be checked with those bodies prior to booking.

Are these courses open to undergraduates?

Undergraduates may be eligible for certain courses at reduced rates. Check with us prior to booking, as some courses are specifically aimed at those already in practice.

Will I have to take part in practical demonstrations?

Due to necessity and as part of tradition in osteopathic education, all attendees will be expected to take equal part in joint practice with other course members. Participants should be in a good state of health and prepared to join in the cooperative spirit of mutual education.

What if I cannot attend a course?

All deposits are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by O.P.E.N. Ltd. In which case you will receive a full refund or booking on alternative course of your choice, see booking.
